Materials

2 old twin sheets or large fabric rectangles, about 4x5 feet each (make: cut from old sheets)
Craft felt for masks and emblems, 2 sheets 9x12 inches (buy: craft store, construction paper works too)
Ribbon or cord for cape ties, about 3 feet per cape (own, or buy: craft store)
Fabric glue, 1 tube (buy: craft store)
Paper and pencil for sketching, 1 set (own)
Scissors, 1 pair

Steps

Sketch a matching emblem for each of you on paper.
Cut the paper emblems.
Hold them against the cape to check the size.
Cut the emblems from the craft felt.
Cut each sheet into a cape, hem-side down.
Glue a felt emblem to the back of each cape.
Cut two eye masks from the craft felt.
Cut the eye holes wide.
Glue ribbon ties to the mask ends.
Let the glue dry.

Tie the capes at the neck in a loose bow.
Put on the masks.
Optional pro finish: cut the emblem in two felt colors, a base shape plus a smaller top shape.
