Letter sweaters, felt ears, and whiskers for a singing trio. The iron-on letters do the heavy lifting. About twenty-five minutes, easy: red, blue, and green sweaters or sweatshirts, iron-on letters, and brown felt for ears. The letters go on the chest, big and centered.

Steps
- Lay the sweaters flat.
- Position the letters on each chest.
- Have each person confirm their letter before you heat the iron.
- Iron-on letters cannot be moved once pressed.
- Iron A onto the red sweater, S onto the blue, T onto the green.
- Let them cool flat.
- Cut round ears from the brown felt.
- Glue one pair of ears to each headband.
- Wear the letter sweaters with the ear headbands.
- Draw three whisker dots and a nose on each cheek.
- Line up tallest to shortest.
- Sing one note together for the photo.
- Optional pro finish: stuff each cheek with a cotton ball for the group photo.

Common questions
Which chipmunk is which?
Red + A is the leader, blue + S is the cool one, green + T is the chubby one. Line up tallest to shortest in that order and the reference lands.
No iron, can I still do the letters?
Yes: cut the letters from felt and fabric-glue them on, or safety-pin paper letters. Iron-on is cleanest, but glued felt survives the night.
