A fuzzy one-piece, giant ears, a stitched smile, and an oversized collector tag. The tag is what makes it plush, not pajamas. About twenty-five minutes, easy: fuzzy one-piece pajamas or a sweatsuit, felt ears, and fabric glue. The tag should hang from the ear like a price tag.

Common questions
How do the ears stay on the hood?
Fabric glue with the hood laid flat, left to dry for 30 minutes before wearing. For a same-night build, safety-pin them from inside the hood instead, pins hold immediately.
What do you write on the shipping tag?
A collector number like 'No. 001' plus the plush name. The tag is the joke, so make it look official: big number, neat letters.
