Solid-color clothes plus a cereal-box front you decorate yourself. Everyone picks their favorite box. Twenty minutes, easy: a solid-color shirt and pants per person, empty cereal boxes, and markers or crayons. Draw the mascot big; the box front is a poster, not a label.

Steps
- Each person invents a cereal name.
- Open the box along the side seam.
- Flatten it before cutting.
- Cut the front panel off an empty cereal box.
- Keep it large.
- Decorate the panel with the markers.
- Draw a mascot, add a prize burst, and write the name big.
- Tape string to the top corners of each panel.
- Wear the panel over a plain shirt like a sandwich board.
- Optional pro finish: add a prize-inside burst and a fake nutrition joke in the corner.
