Common questions
How tall should the gnome hat be?
About as tall as the head. Too short reads as a party hat; too tall flops. Roll the cone, tape it, and test the height before painting.
Will the face-paint beard smear?
Let it dry fully before the hat goes on, and keep it below the mouth. Bring the tube for touch-ups; white shows every smudge.
