Common questions

How big should the white belly be?

An oval that covers the chest from collarbone to waistband. Too small reads as a badge; chest-size reads as a penguin belly instantly.

How do you keep the beak on the headband?

Glue one orange triangle beak to the front of each headband with fabric glue and let it dry flat for 30 minutes. Glue beats tape here, tape peels off headbands by the second hour.
