Steps

Cut two triangle ears from the blue felt.
Glue the ears to a strip that pins inside the hood.
Glue dark gray felt spots onto the hoodie and one pant leg.
Paint a black nose and whisker dots on the child's face.
Pin a short felt tail to the back of the sweatpants.
Pin from inside so pin backs face the fabric.
