- Roll the paper into a tall chef hat shape.
- Tape the seam.
- Measure the head with a paper strip before cutting.
- The hat band must fit snug, or it slides over the eyes.
- Trim the hat band to fit the head.
- Safety: Keep real flour away from eyes; a tiny pinch on the apron only.
- Wear the hat and the apron.
- Carry the toy whisk.
- Offer everyone imaginary cupcakes.
- Optional pro finish: dust the apron with a little flour before heading out.
